Materials: Deck of Cards
Rules: During the first game nobody has a rank. A shuffled deck is dealt out and whomever has the 4 of Clubs starts (The 4 also means a social so everyone must cheers). The object of the game is to get rid of all your cards.
2's are clear cards
4's are socials
Joker's are wild cards
When starting you may lay down any card or cards with the same face value. The next person must lay down a card of equal or greater value. The lowest valued card is a 3 and the highest is an Ace. If a round has been started with a pair, triple or full the round must continue that way. Laying down the same value card(s) as the previous player means the next player is skipped and must drink. If you can't play any of your cards or choose not to play any of them you must drink and skip your turn. Cards are cleared once someone plays a 2 or everyone skips.
After the first game has been completed and ranks have been determined the following are the main roles:
President - First person to finish, can create a rule if they win three times in a row, and swap worst card with Asshole.
Asshole - Last person to finish, must deal cards, clear cards, and swap best card with President.
Anyone can make someone of lower rank drink. But keep in mind rankings change quick and the person you made drink can easily get you back.
